Key Responsibilities
•Create High-Quality Content – Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, websites, social media, emailers and other digital platforms.
•Conduct Topic and Keyword Research – Research industry-related topics and relevant keywords to develop informative and SEO-friendly content.
•Collaborate with Design and Marketing Teams – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and visual creatives.
•Edit and Proofread Content – Review and revise content for grammar, clarity, tone and style before publishing or sharing.
•Ensure Brand Consistency – Maintain a consistent brand voice and writing style across all content pieces.
•Optimize Content for SEO – Incorporate keywords, meta descriptions, internal links and other SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
•Update and Refresh Existing Content – Review and update older content to keep it relevant, accurate and up-to-date.
•Meet Deadlines and Manage Multiple Tasks – Plan and prioritise work to ensure timely delivery of content across different projects.
•Stay Updated with Industry Trends – Keep track of current trends, topics and best practices in content marketing and digital media.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Certification or coursework in Content Writing / Digital Marketing is an advantage
Professional Experience
1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation (internship or full-time)
Experience writing for blogs, websites, and social media in a professional setting
Skills & Competencies
•Excellent written English, with strong grammar, vocabulary and storytelling abilities
•Ability to write clear, engaging and original content for various digital platforms
•Good research skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple and readable content
•Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation
•Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
•Strong editing and proofreading skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
•Good communication and collaboration skills to work with design and marketing teams
•Willingness to learn and adapt to different tones and formats as per brand requirements
