Key Responsibilities
• Design Visual Content – Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media including social media posts, brochures, banners, and presentations.
•Collaborate with Marketing and Content Teams – Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into visual concepts.
•Develop Brand-Aligned Designs – Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
•Create Social Media Assets – Design graphics, reels, story templates, and ads optimized for various social media platforms.
•Edit and Retouch Images – Enhance images and graphics as needed to improve visual appeal and clarity.
•Prepare Design Files for Production – Ensure design files are properly formatted and optimized for printing or online use.
•Participate in Brainstorming Sessions – Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and design projects.
•Stay Updated with Design Trends – Keep up with current design trends, tools, and technologies to create modern and effective visual content.
•Manage Multiple Projects – Prioritize and handle multiple design projects while meeting timelines and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
Certification in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, or relevant design tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Professional Experience
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
Portfolio demonstrating creativity and experience across digital and/or print design projects
Skills & Competencies
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or similar design tools
•Creativity and strong visual design sense with attention to detail
•Ability to develop brand-aligned designs for different platforms (social media, web, print, etc.)
•Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and composition
•Basic understanding of social media formats and requirements
•Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
•Good communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing and content teams
•Awareness of current design trends and best practices
•Basic skills in video editing or animation
