Our client is a leading Online Doctor consultation platform based in California. TelerainMD is one of the most trusted online doctor consultation and prescription platforms in the US. CHALLENGES
At the start of the initial conversation, the client defined an initial target of increasing organic search traffic. Since the site targeted individuals who would prefer online doctor consultations and would subscribe to either monthly or yearly plans, the quality of the traffic and conversion was important. We identified that the keywords that could bring them quality traffic were not taking in the first 10 pages and this was a big task for us to bring them on the first page from the current position. Another challenge was that the site content needed improvisation including H1, H2, and H3 tags and keyword density was also to be taken care of.
STRATEGY
We performed a detailed technical review to ensure that Google is indexing all important pages properly. As the campaign was initiated, experts at Espial got started with a detailed technical SEO audit to identify and resolve crucial technical issues hindering Google’s crawlability. The detailed technical SEO audit included suggestions to fix serious problems such as duplicate URLs, SSL URL problems, etc. plus a focus on improving crucial site elements such as Breadcrumbs, Pagination, and URL Structure.
The next step was to research and finalize a list of the best terms that the site could be targeted for, with thousands of potential keyword options. Followed by the identification of proper landing pages for finalized keywords, this process will define an optimization strategy, which includes On-page improvement recommendations.

Within 3 months of starting the campaign, Organic search traffic to the site had grown by 60%.
With traffic growth from targeted geographies, the subscription page saw new visits from Google SERPs. This was the result of improvement in the site’s rankings for several mid-tail & long-tail keywords, which Espial targeted specifically in the SEO optimization.
