What You’ll Do
•Assist in Designing Visual Content – Create basic graphics such as social media posts, banners and illustrations under the guidance of senior designers.
•Support Branding and Layout Tasks – Help ensure designs follow brand guidelines and assist in laying out documents and marketing materials.
•Collaborate with Content and Marketing Teams – Work with writers and marketers to translate ideas into visual form.
•Participate in Brainstorming Sessions – Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for design concepts and campaigns.
•Edit and Refine Designs – Make revisions based on feedback from the team to improve visual quality and effectiveness.
•Learn and Use Design Tools – Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva to create and edit visual content.
•Maintain Design Assets and Files – Organise and manage design files, templates and assets for easy access and reuse.
•Stay Updated with Design Trends – Keep up with current design trends and techniques to improve the quality of your work.
What We’re Looking For
•Strong interest in graphic design and visual communication
•Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
•Creativity and a good eye for detail, colour, and layout
•Ability to follow brand guidelines and design instructions
•Good communication and collaboration skills to work with other team members
•Willingness to learn new tools, styles, and design trends
•Ability to take feedback positively and apply changes effectively
•Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
