Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy – Create and execute a comprehensive social media plan aligned with business goals and brand identity.
Manage Social Media Channels – Oversee daily activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Create and Curate Engaging Content – Plan and develop high-quality posts, stories, reels and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate with Design and Content Teams – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure visuals and copy are aligned with social media objectives.
Monitor Performance and Analyse Metrics – Track key KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions using analytics tools.
Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns – Plan, execute and optimise paid ads to increase reach and generate leads.
Stay Updated with Trends – Keep up with the latest social media trends, features and best practices to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Engage with Audience and Handle Queries – Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive brand relationships.
Conduct Competitor and Market Research – Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare Reports and Present Insights – Create regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field
Additional certification in social media marketing or digital marketing is an advantage
Professional Experience
3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or a related digital marketing role
Proven track record of managing social media platforms and running successful organic and paid campaigns
Skills & Competencies
•Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
•Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
•Ability to develop and implement social media strategies
•Strong content planning and creativity skills
•Experience in running and optimizing paid ads on social media platforms
•Excellent communication and copywriting skills
•Good understanding of brand tone, audience behavior and engagement tactics
•Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
•Strong coordination and team collaboration skills
•Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes
